I replaced those way back when it was still around.
Try the AE website.... the B5 R parts page.

I can't really be sure which is a direct replacement for the B5R kit hexes(never had one, I only just won a B5mFL during the summer, & it's my first Associated since the B4), but I know that my car came with the 91610 hexes, so I should think those would work fine for you.....

Would it be
#91442 or
#91610 ?

Or any other part# I didn't find?

Appreciate your help
You want 91442. 91610 is for the heavy duty axles that were included with the B5mFL and the B5mCE.

I did, but it lists more than one width of hexes so I wasn't sure which one to get. Plus, I read about the heavy duty axles and didn't know if the B5r ever got them box stock or just the B5mFL.

EDIT: Checked again and it does only list the #91442... Guess I looked wrong last time. Sorry!

Yeah, but I read about the heavy duty axles of the B5mFL and didn't know if the B5r was equipped with them box stock at any time and what my B5r has.
But I guess since _danimal_s answer it must be the normal ones.

Depends on where it leaks...
First, don't fill it too much
Black (or green) grease on gasket and o ring

Tight the 4 screws in a cross move

1. Make sure you sand the plastic gear side to ensure it is flat, and 2. Install the aluminum diff half, not to stock plastic half. It's a better fit.

I find lot of oil in the transmission.
Sound like it is going out by the screws ? Is there any better o rings?

How do you measure front toe?

Buy expensive set up gauges specifically for off road car, eyeball it and not worry, two paint stir sticks against the front wheels?

Any suggestions?

Park the nose of your car against a wall and use the camber gauge to measure the toe by placing the gauge on the wall instead of the ground. Turn the car on so the wheels stay in the same place while you measure.
ZEe_NYC and Nat Maniac like this.

Well worth the money. When my settings are accurate, it helps me "feel" the difference in handling. I've only been racing for 3 years. Accurate setting helps me improve.
Also what's important is that changes you make in certain areas can effect other settings. You can see all settings at once on the setup station.

If you're going to go so far as buy measuring tools, you may as well buy set up wheels too. Off road tires are far from true and gluing them up makes things worse. Spin them once and set Your toe, spin them again and everything looks out of whack. That goes for camber and toe.
