The numbers you see are mode numbers. Look at them and you see short -medium and longer ones. 5mm Is the medium sized cup. Front and back are the same.

There are 3 different sizes, the middle one is #5. Just look at the bottoms to see the lengths

You just used a silicone diff lube to prevent silicone shock oil from swelling the o rings....Why? Green slime isn't silicone based for a reason.

New avatar for me - thanks.

I would recommend against the stock orange O rings - I would use the X rings going forward. They're amazing. Make sure to soak them in oil for a few hours before you install them.

Default Screw Kit for B5M Factory Lite

I am looking to order a Hiro Seiko Ti/Aluminum screw kit for my AE B5M Factory Lite. Does anyone on here have any experience with them and where do you suggest purchasing them online? I am also open to alternatives if anyone has any input on that. Any feedback is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I actually stopped by there today and saw that they were $50 so before I spent the money I thought it'd be smart to look here first! Do you know what can be ordered as a kit through Red Rock?

Thanks!

All kits are grade 2 except for the lunsford kit, which is grade 5.

If you have the money, the lunsford is the best money can buy.

Rrh was carrying the protek kit. I bought that and it was decent. I have had no issues. Jusr make sure you have a good mip hex and prethread all the holes with a steel screw

I built my original b5m with those screws. No complaints! I got them from pitbox hobbies.com

Tap the holes with a tap. It's faster, easier, and reduces the stress around the threads.
