True. Once qualifiers start only 2 batteries are needed. I guess I was suggesting for practicing and tuning times.
I don't have another brand to compare to. Only a 25c saddle pack that came with my 44.2 and it seems weak vs. the other saddle set I have that is Turnigy.

I've been using the vant 4600 mah Shorty's. Lots of punch for stock class and last a long time for practice packs. Cheap and great performance. Can't complain.

the nanotech packs are decent for mod. After a few months, their IR seems to climb more so than higher quality packs. I only use 1 pack per car myself. The vant are ok, I just dislike the extra holes. Their IR is a little high than the nanotechs out of the box. again for mod, they are fine and fine short term for stock.

I don't know why you guys buy those junk batteries when you can get SMCs domestically for the same price or cheaper. SMC has my seal of approval.
