I had trouble fitting the short cups on the front shocks though, particularly with the flat arm. The cups hit the arm and tweak the suspension slightly. They are also pushed up the shock shaft where they may start to come off in some heavy landings. You pretty much need to run the +5 middle cups on the front. Rear is fine with the 0 short ones.

Socket, I guess I would say admitting to something, in the context of this conversation would be to completely eliminate it from being sold and issuing a recall. Yet, even some companies that do this will not admit to making a mistake.

Just a note for those impatiently waiting for the B5m Lite, Tower has changed the estimated availability from early April to mid April. I will likely buy from Tacoma RC, but I am sort of gauging availability by what Tower and Amain says.
Thanks for the info. Can't say i'm too suprised it's being delayed though.
If the motor was put right at center how would the weight of the slipper, spur cover, etc be balanced out?

Just picked up the B5M and before I start trying to fit servos, what servos fit the best? I know standard size servos are a bit tight and some won't fit. Not a huge fan of Savox as I've had some reliability issues with them in the past. Any suggestions on servos? Looked at the Protek 160ss but at $110 it's a little pricey.
