The only time I've had this is when I didn't have enough rear bite, and sometimes it would lock up the rears and slide, and feel like no brakes. Try turning them down and see if it improves. If not, check your diff, maybe even your motor to make sure its not loose?

Brakes in electric cars depend on how fast you are going prior to applying the brakes.

Is it happening in the same spot on the track or different spots where speed could be less.

Starting to run stock buggy, what is a good gearing to start with? Reedy Mach 2, medium sized - medium/high traction, indoor track.

You all need to mention what motor timing to run those gears at otherwise somebody might burn something up.

I'm currently running a mach 2 at 31 deg timing with 35/72.. or 5.35 fdr. Motor and speedo Temps around 125-130f.

Does anyone have directions on the Schelle Nova assembly for a B5m? I took mine apart, do not have instructions, or know how to put it back together properly.

#1 Black top shaft adapter
#2 drive plate
#3 White pad then spur with side 2(tall side) facing a way from motor plate
#4 another white pad
#5 add drive plate with cut out facing away from motor plate
#6 red pad then the three washers with the cone in the middle facing away from motor plate.
#7 drive plate,spring, plastic end (4mm one)
#8 nut
You can put the red pad in the middle if there low grip conditions.
