Hi, maybe it's already be answered...but anyone knows if the motor is now more "centered" or it has the same offset of the b4?

It should be fine as this car is actually designed around a brushless motor, unlike the b4 series.

No, it is not. But it will be fine. AE never makes mistakes or puts out a car that doesn't work better than everything else in the world.

In all seriousness, no. With the way the ESC is mounted in the b5, it shouldn't be a problem. The reason, no matter how small, it was in the b4 is the chassis was designed to have the motor off set to the same side the ESC is on. In the b5 the ESC can be on either side.

THANK YOU!!!…

Gullwing arms are a tuning option and are what would most likely work best on my local tracks. Just wish they included both because it makes sense to offer the maximum amount of tenability so races can tune specific to the tracks/needs. Either way they're inexpensive enough as is.

heck, some of the popular 2wd buggies cant even change the rear toe without buying extra parts, lol. Including the extra arms for tuning, I dont see as a requirement. $5 arms wont break my bank, lol. But you also have to change the tower. so they would have to include both towers. maybe they should have made a convertible car and included all possible tuning option....lol, it would still be cheaper than an rb6, lolz.

Also, putting the gulwings on the MM, seems odd. he said the gulwings give more mid turn steering, but dont the MM cars already have crap tons of mid corner steering? seems like over kill.

It looked like to me that the MM car was pretty loose out there in San Diego...sliding all over the place. Hartson was driving it ever so gingerly too.

The gull wing/flat arm thing is in need of further explanation. Making gull wing arms simply moves the lower shock pivot lower in relation to the plane the hinge pins make, similar to changing the position at the tower. If the tower is changed to account for this then it erases the difference. What's the point? I think they need to apply a "rate" to the adjustment so people know where they are in the adjustment range.
