I have 18 months on a VTX10R, never once given me an issue. ABSOLUTELY problem free.
the ProGuage or EZLink is very easy to operate, and easy to make an adjustment trackside.

Man all this noise the week of the Reedy, someone has to be running a B5 at the race. Two videos, at least 4 B5Ms out there(I don't believe for a second Kody and Stephen have the only dialed in MM) now this teaser from Bill. I'll be there Saturday watching and I'm hoping they will be running.

I believe that the B5M WILL be there but not under any of the 'big names' that you would expect. I don't think it will be an actual part of the race, nor will it debut. I think they will use the environment to get a little more testing and under a more professional setting. Just what I think

The B5 is at Reedy, just not racing. It will be on display for all to see.

they can throw down some C4.2 laps and follow up with some B5 laps, if B5 is faster, they are racing B5 if AE gives it the ok.

I love how some folks get so worked up about these ESC's because of the brand name. Orion is $20-$30 more than Hobbywing which is $20-$30 (or more depending on their sale for a given week) more than the SP. The Orion programer is 3X the cost of the SP & does the exact same thing. Tekin, Viper, Castle, & Hobbywing, everything else is a clone or a rebrand.
The new Reventon Series ESC's are all SP designed and built. No Hobbywing.

So do I and I still have my RC10 and it still has the very ESC that revolutionized ESC Technology, the Tekin 411P. Now if I could only find a new body for it. It's still the cleanest buggy I have EVER seen and were it not for the slide rack's inability to take even the smallest grain of dirt inside without binding up, it would've been the best off-road buggy of it's era. A bell crank would easily achieve that but being as we had no off-road tracks I converted it to on-road and whooped everyone in every class with it. Dialed cannot begin to describe how hooked up this thing was/is, and without the Big Bud's wing or similar on it you could not maintain any sort of traction no matter how hard you tried. Install the wing and you could gun it at will. You'd never imagine how much difference a wing makes.

Old timers like me, grab some tissues and a fresh pair of underwear:

Then perhaps you could explain the similarities in size, performance, method of programing, & programer card intercompatability?

Either way, this is not the forum for this. I apologize for starting this. If anyone would like to continue we can start a new thread or continue through IM.

Essentially what I said I'm just inferring that they will most likely have the car there and even run it in some of the practice with the faster pro's to get a better feel for the car within a more competitive practice setting.

It almost might be worth it for me to make the 30 minute drive over to the race just so I can see the car

30mins is nothing! I would be there watching if I wasn't racing.
