Anyone tried the STRC alu bulkhead?
Is it machined well?

Default Have I lost my mind

Trying to set my front camber. When I adjust one side it APPEARS as though it is changing the other side also. Am I nuts?

Has anyone mounted a low profile Savox servo up? The wires interfere with the aluminum servo mount, is it safe to just smash them against the side?

yes, drop car, check one side, adjust, drop car, repeat.....then, do other side with same process. As long as your process is consistent measurements should be consistent as well.

I have STRC stuff on my crawlers. While it is very nice stuff, I wouldn't use it for racing. The tolerances just aren't as tight as the OEM.

Samnelso, I have been collapsing the suspension before I move to the other side. Maybe I was trying to do to many things at once last nite.

With all due respect...How do you figure? If your in big race you would take the part off because the tolerances arent tight enough and that would make you lose the race?

Larger tolerances = slop. You buy aluminum upgrades to get rid of slop and make things stronger.

I took the bottom off the servo and put a notch in the bottom of the case for the wire

Hey guys, I am building my first B5M kit. I am wondering if I should polish the ball studs, as well as the hinge pins? I have told yes and no by a few different people. Was looking for your guys input on this. If I should polish them, what is a good method of doing it? Thanks in advance, can not wait to get this together to wheel my own B5M instead of borrowing one! lol
