If you hold the spur, they should spin in opposite directions, but the 17.5 doesn't have enough "cog" so it spins before the diff.

My reedy 17.5 spins tires in opposite direction when checking diff...sounds like there's more to it than that. ..

Anyone know if the JC body has better clearance than the stock body? Or the sweep muzzle body

The JC B5M finnisher does, I switched to it for clearance when I mounted my ESC on the battery strap against the waterfall.
The JC silencer is a little wider but didn't do the job.

Justock by Hobbywing or the stock spec R10 by orion?

Justock is 11.5 and the R10 says 5.5 (according to here)

It may not be recommended but I have run the just stock with a 10.5 and never had any issue. When I went to 8.5 I switched to the v3.1

I'm running my Just Stock with a Speed Passion 9.5T and the ESC hasn't temped over 105*. Running 28/78 gearing and motor temped 120* after a 7 min main. Guess I'll try going up two more teeth.

Curious if anyone has had any experience with the following shorty lipo. I hear the SMC packs are great, but they aren't due for another month

Other suggestions welcome.
