They are going to metric because most of the world uses the metric system. The States being the only "big" country to not make metric the "official" system. But it doesn't really matter to me, I live on a boarder town and use both often. 3/16 and 2mm wrenches can be used interchangeably.

At this pricepoint I woner if the plastic is going to be worse quality than the current kit? Is that possible?

What ever happened to the unobtainium shock shafts and the real turnbuckles?

If you check the fast guys cars they always have fresh plastic on them whether they admit it or not.

Hope its good I have always loved AE and wish they would charge more and use Kyosho plastics, Im sure people would pay the dfference.

Its just the Team Kit. The Factory Team car will have all the fancy hop up parts. They did the same thing with the original B4.

Gold shock shafts are better because they travel smoother, less friction or something like that. The new caps look like the oil screw is not at an angle which is nice and somewhat inset. Wonder what the kit specs will come with on BB springs and weight?

The Reedy Race will show us what the pros have already changed......than the parts money will roll in, lol. Spy shots will be in high demand from liverc.

Skimping would have been no hard and or threaded collars.

If they're going all metric it may not really fit.

Confirmed:
The turnbuckles are the exact same as the B4, same size. So you can have your titanium waiting to build with. The ball studs themselves are the same size that are on the sc104x4.
