I wanted to km now what is a better motor for my b4.2 and whats a good lipo to get for it to I wanna started learning how to race

You need to head down to your local track and find out what classes they run.
A 17.5 would prob be a place to start. Depends on there class structure. Ask
them. As far as LiPo SMC is a good quality at a good price. I would run shortys.

And I wanted to ask does the Venom 30C 2S 5000mAh 7.4 Hard Case LiPO Battery ROAR Approved with UNI Plug come with deans plug in or does all of them comes with deans

Yes it does come with deans, as well as traxxas and i think ec3

Factory Spec 7.4V Shorty 4300mAh 50C Inboard

Does that shorty have deans connector for my b4.2 and if yes what kind of charger
