Default KYSHO DBX VE 2.0 or Ultimate RB6? Help

Hi I am new to R/C. Am planning to get one for Xmas.
Am looking at either the

KYSHO DBX VE 2.0 Ready Setor or
Ultimate RB6 Ready Set

My budget is about $700. I not into racing or anything at the moment.

Anyone can advise which be a better choice and also what type of LiPo batts and charger should I get.

Looking forward to you great folk advise

If you aren't racing go with the DBX. Any 2S Lipo will do.

If you are just bashing, the VBX is a much better choice, a 2wd buggy isn't that much fun compared to a 4wd.

If I were you I would get a Team Associated B4.2 or Team Losi 22 RTR. Parts will be easier to find on the shelf VS a DBX.
