Default Help - Losi XX4W Motor Clamp

Still need this motor clamp. ANYBODY GOT ONE?

Hello all, Tried over in the "Parts Wanted" area with no luck so trying here since this section seems to get a lot more traffic.

I desperately need a motor clamp for the Losi XX4 buggy.
Losi Part #LOSA4215.

I've looked everywhere and can't find one, hopefully one of you has one to sell.

Thanks

Our #1230 motor clamp, which fits the X - 5, is the correct diameter for the xx-4 (and xxx-4) motor plate. If I remember correctly, the xx-4 clamp has a long part that extends to the rear, and ours is not like that. The important part is the diameter. Don't know if you can make ours work or not, but it's only $4.00 + shipping, so you might want to try it.

#1230 looks like an up-side-down U, with a vertical hole sized for 4-40 screws on each side.

We also have an odd collection of xx-4 parts in which you might be interested. You might want to call us in the afternoon (eastern time) 419-887-1787.

Let me do some digging.....I am pretty sure I have a stock losi clamp or 2 laying around. No promises but may even have an aluminum one.....its not a trinity model with the set screw but from the UK. My wife ran it for a couple years with no problem until we sourced a Trinity unit for her. If I find either one I'll PM ya and send it to you.

Young Chazz, Thanks for the info. If I don't locate one I may give you a call to see just what all you have and if we can work a deal. Thanks again.

Let dig in my stash, Mon. It would be a plastic clamp, & I'll PM you if I find one. If I have one, I'll just ship it to you. I'll let you know soon.
