I just off the phone with Tekin's tech support regarding the Hotwire software, Windows 8, and my gen. 1 RX8. To make a long story short the guy at Tekin was so patient and we had to do several things to get the Hotwire working properly. My point is that Tekin's customer service is outstanding and invaluable. Tekin's customer service and expertise make this an easy choice when I need new equipment.
