what other wings fit? i cant always get a schumacher wing...someone mentioned the rb6 jconcepts wings on the svr/kr thread but the step in the middle is too narrow..it sucks that they stopped making the max aero wing that came with the svr

Bmax2 wings are flat and should fit. I use them on my sv2.

Speed90 and I got these cars at the same time, it's a shame that our track closed. This car truly only has about 10 minutes of run time on it. Buy with confidence.

FYI in a PINCH you can use AE steering knuckles. I broke one last night before my heat and swapped in Associated knuckles, axles and hexes. There is a lot of play since the spindle diameter is different, but I still managed to run a personal best in the 1st heat last night.

I think the one that fit was the rb5 wing.

Yes, the AE steer knuckles will work in a pinch, but it is a process and expensive to get them to work properly. I've used the AE knuckles and ball studs, Jconcepts axles, and Avid hexes and bearings to put together a solid assembly. You will need to drill out the hole in the knuckle with an 1/8" drill, pick up some 1/8" brass tubing from hobby lobby or LHS and make a sleeve so the pin has no slop. I've found it much easier to keep a extra set or two of the Schumacher knuckles in my pit box vs. going this route. I hope this helps anyone that finds themselves in a bind, here's a few pics of my completed assemblies.

We ran the AE stuff sleeved before the schu hex stuff came out. Id just pick up some spare knuckles... the newest ones are updated and are stronger to boot. They should say V2 on the package
