Serpent e truggy

Has anyone had issues with the serpent truggy conversion? I noticed the e conversion calls for you to use 3 shims in the front diff under the spur gear, but there are only 2 in the gas kit and the conversion doesn't include the extra. Then the front axle I can't get the capture pin through the axle into the hub. Once I forced it it was bound up. All my other vehicles are Durango, and that was what I was going to get but I opted for the serpent instead. Who can I talk to about replacement parts, when you spend that kind of money on a truck you kind of assume there wouldn't be a fitment issue,it would also be nice to have the e conversion manual included in the kit also.

I've had no issues with the conversion. It pretty much builds just like the ebuggy. If you haven't already, please download the manual to the ebuggy and refer to it as a guide. Make sure you flip the front and rear diffs.
