It is pretty hilarious to pay 90 bucks for a motor, when you can spec out a simliar spacer and order it from any place off of google for prices between 5-10 bucks if even that.

Go ahead and keep paying high prices instead of thinking outside the box.

looks like I'm pulling apart a motor tonight! i refuse to believe the bushing is gone as this motor worked like a champ prior to the break and I've had it for over a month and run this car in particular very often.

hmmm... $90-$110 for a new motor?
(or) $2-$3 for a spacer? +blood, sweat and more than likely tears...

let's be honest, I have time to try fixing it and could care less if i bleed.

i'll try it out and let you all know the results!

I won a 30% off castle card at race other day. If you end up needing something from them you can have the code off it. I don't use them

What has happened is the rotor has debonded from the shaft(I have had this EXACT thing happen to me) , you might be able to fix it with Loctite sleeve retaining compound . But IMO you are better off getting a rebuild kit or buying a new motor ..
