Default What engine??

I was running a mugen mt 12 in my drake but it is very wore out. What engine should I get now, $200 price range. The mugen has been discontinued or I would get another one and it has been pinched about 4 times.

Yes that is all I do is race. I was looking at the o.s. but which one. I have heard many different opinions but no one could give a good reason besides ease of tuning. I do have a 18 tm in my Revo and I love it. I was also looking at Fantom but I don't see a rear exhaust engine.

I'd get the OS cv for 80 bucks. Runs great and needs little to NO break-in. Just fuel it and tune to race.

Sancho,I just got a O.S. 12 TZ,It has probably to much bottm end and is fast on top end.I have been running a Rex Novarossi RN12R(means rotary carb)2.It and a Mugen(Novarossi)MT-12 are just are identical the only difference is the head.I rebuilt mine a few weeks ago,and i used a MT-12 piston and sleeve.

I can get you one for 204.99.Call me at RC's Performance if intersted. You have a PRIVATE MESSAGE.

Sofast I was looking at the Tz also because we have a few large tracks here that you need the speed. Which TZ did you go with the TZ, TZ 3 port or tthe TZ 5 port. Thanks for you help I might just have to get one from you.
