Default What does timing do on my Cobalt 10x2

Hey, what does the different timing do on my Cobalt 10x2, it goes from
40->20->0->20->40

On the cobalts, they perform extremely well at 15 degrees. If you use more timing, it will increase top end power but will reduce low end torque slightly along with increasing the wear on the com dramatically. Less timing will do just the opposite of raising the timing.
