i know a coulpe of guys who used to race them (modified parts) and could easily beat other modern buggys there old but not slow so will associated springs fit?

For front : I can see them fitting if you use alot of the preload washers, try Losi fronts, they are longer. For rear : Most likely, again, try Losi's too, if both fit, you have twice the options.

Not to be a jerk, but if you can get that competative w/ todays technology, I wanna see it. What it that chassis made out of? Fiberglass? alum.?

yes i said that it was competitive but i didnt mean as of right now, a few years 2-3 that is ago it was but i very much doubt it to todays cars. I dont want a competitive car i only want it for blasting around in woods and at jump sites. the chassis is ally.
Nick111- cheers mate ill give them a try
