I've got the majority of the info, I just need to ask my boss about the specific release date and if I can get pictures.

I don't know if I like that Idea about the carbon fiber main chassis. An upper deck maybe, but not the main chassis

The car is definitely coming, and it does have the attention of the best engineers TL has. Junior won't let this project happen unless he's happy with the car..and that will mean good things for everyone, Losi's team drivers, the consumers, and after a while...the competition. After all, innovation is what drives further innovation.

The new buggy (which doesn't have a name yet) will be, just like all of Team Losi's race-bred cars, made in the U.S.

i will definately buy one if its priced in the ofna x-ray range. but theres no way i will buy one if its priced in the mugen kyosho range. especially since its there first with in 1/8 buggies. i think a lot of people will be with me on this. i see no reason why they can't price them in that range even with the expense of american manufacturing.

I'm not sure that's fair to say...many of the top cars on the market currently need a little bit of love and attention (and spare parts not included in the kit box) to be truly race-ready in the sense that you have the same car the company's race team uses. Losi has been very good about including all the bells and whistles as a complete package, and while I have no idea what price bracket they may be aiming for, you can be assured it will be worth what you pay for.

While it may be Losi's first 1/8th scale, you simply cannot say they are jumping in head first with no knowlege. Many of the best racers on the team have been running 1/8th scale for a long time, as have some of Losi's engineers.

hahahaha, that would be easy to figure out.

I'm anxious to see the prototype and see what Jr comes up with. He definitely has 1/8th buggy experience all around him, including under his belt. LOL
