R10 solid red light

Hi all
Im stuck, my R10 has a solid red light, I can't connect to the program box or the PC because of that.
I have changed the switch and the Receiver cables.

Program box is 1.11 Car RTR

I have resoldered all wires but still no luck
Can it be a software thing?
Is there a way I can reset the esc

Any suggestions?
