Pretty Excited!!!

So I was browsing craigslist and came across a team associated b44 buggy. It was the one that has the cutouts for the nimh batteries. The guy posted it for 175 and I talked him down to 150. It has the carbon fiber chassis and everything else that is carbon fiber. He included EVERYTHING needed besides the receiver but I have one that I put into it. The only downfall was that the ESC was total crap but I will upgrade it to an R10 this week. I am just excited I came across this because I have been looking for something to mess around with outside of the track that isnt to expensive. Yes I know this is a race vehicle but I have been used to 2 wheel drive for a long time and I can use this to mess around with until I find a TRUE basher. Let me know what you think of this buggy and any suggestions to what I should do to it!!!

Mo bro has one...IMO its way to fragile to bash with, the front Arms he replaces every other race because they get broke at the shock holes!! But they are nice eye candy lol, but all that carbon makes a lousy basher!!

I have one too and it's without a doubt the worst basher ever. The front arms break if u look at them wrong but the front shock shafts are even worse. Those gold shafts are WEAK. THe diffs also gets full of sand really easily.
I replaced the shock shafts with b4 RTR steel shafts and that's made it better. U have to take out the limiters

I guess I should have specified with what I mean by basher. I am not going to treat it like I did with my TLR 22T (which was a huge mistake). I used my 22T as a grass toy as well as a curb jumper which was bad with a race vehicle. When I say basher I mean like using it in the street, my drive way, and the baseball diamond. Nothing like jumping over a car.

Wish I would have known, I have a 4wd 1/10 scale buggy sitting at Dirtburners right now for sale. It's a Quantum Vandal which is more or less a knock off of a few different cars. I put a finisher body on it so it looks just like a B44....I would have cut you a smokin deal. I got it to check it out and it didn't work out for racing but it would make a great car for bashing.
