Default orion 3200 20c batterys have warrenty?

I bought three batterys from craigslist amd they are the 3200 20c carbon edition.. The dont hold a charge does anyone kno if they are warrentied or anything

warranties typically require a proof of purchase from a reputable hobby retailer. Craigslist purchases of any kind are not warrantied. Good Luck.

You realize those batteries could be almost 5 years old now

Never buy used batteries. Batteries are a consumable.

Previous owner probably charged them with a NiCad charger and no balancer.

That probably has nothing to do with how they were treated, they're just 5 year old packs. Yes they had a warranty, but its long expired.
