The new 2.0 works very well on low traction surfaces. This car produces a lot more grip and is simply more balanced and joy to drive.

We ran it quite a bit at Pegasus, which is very low grip, and one of Dakotah's local track is also pretty low grip. The results were great.

I come home from work, and I miss 5 pages. LOVE IT!

I was at the track tonight, and talked 3 guys into switching from AE to TLR, all 3 pre-ordered on AMain!

Mine better come first though! I am going to take a week off if work when the kit comes in just to build and practice with it. Super stoked.

I have no doubt, switching to TLR was the best decision I have made in racing rc cars.

I did my pay it forward for the year also, and am helping a long time friend get back into racing by donating him my 22 1.0 when the new kit arrives.

lol... I am sure the 22 will be a solid car and I hope it will do what they say. But I dont think I would consider anything in rc the best thing I ever did all year in rc. Practice might be though. And investing in tires.

I am still new to electric offroad, but have been tooling rc cars for over 13 years now. And I personally can make that statement.

I had a Kyosho RB5 WC and couldn't drive it, 3 laps off tq, just couldnt drive it. I traded a friend for a TLR 22, put six practice laps on it, changed nothing, and qualified 2nd my first night with the same drivers I drove against the previous times racing. Not to mention I am still continuing to get better and faster with it.

dont get me wrong, sometimes I like the 22. I often get my best "hotlap" with it. I just cant get all of my laps close to it. I have tried several cars in the last year and when the 22 is "on" its great. When its off, I wanna throw it at the wall. I swear the car is bipolar. My b4 does not give me the hotlap, but it always drives the same, indoor, outdoor, wet, dry erc. Now, tlr say the 22 is like that consistent every where. If that true and they kept the plushness through the bumps and the high speed stability, I will definitely enjoy it. Still wont be my best rc choice all year. that will always be taking my kid to the track and watching her race. I have high hopes for the 2.0. I race outdoor and an ever changing track. So if what they say is true, I am down for it.

That's the biggest thing about the 22 2.0, it is very consistent, track to track, day to day.
