Default Help

Hi, im new to the rc world and i was driving my e-firestorm flux and randomly my motor stopped working and it started smoking and my esc caught on fire and melted the chasi. What should i do? Any suggestions would be apprieciated.

Check if you still have warranty coverage. If not replace what is broken and melted.

Castle are good at fire shows like that.

Like above, if it's under warranty, get it done through warranty. Otherwise, just replace what's broken.

Wow that bugger must have gotten hot!! your best bet is to get a better esc and motor combo, if the warrantee deal doesn't work!!

Castle sucks, I'd replace the electronics with something better like Tekin.

Yes... Slight overkill for something like a 1/10 stadium truck. Haha.

Should've went a cheaper option like a Hobbywing Ezrun or Xerun 60A + motor.
