Pick the one that's easiest to get parts for.
The TTR is sounding like it is more sensetive to setup changes but the parts cost on that car are roughly half of what a Kyosho or Mugen cost.

Im sure the s3 will be fine, I'd go with rb engines such as the ws711 or a s72

A friend of mine ( Xray XB8 sponsored driver ) said S3 have too stiff chassis as the result of delta box rigidity. The suspension arms are stiff too because they are big. Consequently, the car is sensitive to small change in setup as davidka wrote above. Basically the car has natural understeer out of the box. So if your driving style prefer understeering then S3 will be perfect.

1st choice RB engine, 2nd JP engine are common engines in my country.

I would say either one. RB is more expensive to rebuild, but is as reliable as an O.S.

The O.S is easier to find parts, and cheaper to rebuild.

1135-73 $210.00 Piston/Sleeve Set for 1005-C Engine

OSMG4857 O.S. Cylinder & Piston Assembly VZB V-Spec $119.99

But the RB C5 is the worlds Quickest engine.
