I also have been having issues with the center diff leaking even after replacing oring and gasket start leaking on the second day out with it.

I actually had the same problem as you guys are talking about. What I found my problem was is that the screws were torqued down into the spur gear to much and actually pushed the screw hole into the diff case, warping the spur around these screws. New gaskets and everything didn't help, I just ordered the exotek aluminum one cause it will never warp and changing spurs gear will be easier.

On another note, I recently went from saddle packs to shorty pack and I was sort of iffy cause my driving style is pretty hard. I was having some setup trouble with the car being unpredictable when I would get on power. Moved the shorty all the way back from being all the way in the front and was the fastest car in the main. My fastest lap was .6 seconds faster than anyone else, and when I would make a bobble I would catch the leader with in a lap or two again. Couldn't make the pass cause his lines were so tight but my car was dialed just from that adjustment either way

Also make sure your not over filling the diffs and have all the screw tight

+ 1. Also make sure to grease the oring,both sides of sungear shim and the out drive before it goes into the diff ,I use red syn grease .I have 5 or 6 daze on my diffs with out leakage.Cheers!

I had the exact same issue... over tightened the stock and caused 'dimples'.
Put the exotek spur set up in, and not a drop comes out.

It is slightly louder, but its not a quiet buggy to begin with.

I had the same problem with the Pro4. I ended up using my old Castle Sidewinder.

I think you will be much happier with the shorty setup. I ran the saddles for a while but never had much satisfaction. It was hard for me to get any pitch control in the jumps.

I had a soft plastic center diff spur, the skrews just kept going in consequently leaking. HB send me a new diff and spur no question asked. How great.

yeah my front and rear dont leak at all but my center has been leaking, been filling/changing it out every 3 to 4 race days. might order a new gasket and see if that fixxes the issue

Out of curiosity how does the car handle with those diff oils, I'm still running the stock setup cause our track is very loose but i was thinking of dropping them down from 10/100/10 to 7/100/5 but I'm not sure how it will effect the handling.
