To ensure the motor doesn't rotate, just cheap insurance. I ran mine in the street to set steering sub-trim and check if gearing seems close. Then took some pics.

Thanks, also how do I know if I set the sway bars right? I want to make sure I didn't over tighten the set screws

Same issue I had with them. Also password didn't work and I never received a reset mail oh well.

Lift up your (unconnected) sway bar and check if it drops on its own. Slowly tighten the first set screw and keep checking. When the sway bar does no longer drop on its own, the set screw is too tight and you'll have to loosen it a bit. Repeat on other the set screw.

1st day on track will be sat. Diff's starting at 10/30/3, the rest is Ty's OCRC set-up for med bite. Speed Passsion 9t w/ high power rotor and 34 pinion. Set run on the street shows about right for track. Car weight is light, my scale if off but it's only about 60g more than my B5r or m.

Do you mean 24 pinion? 34 seems a bit high for a 9T motor.

No, you read that right 34t. Ty uses 25t for 6.5 motors. Anyone know if any shop still has any kits in stock? A friend is looking.

Servo horn- I'm using an OFNA horn (it's the only alloy one I had in my box.)
I might need to rework it with a different horn because I'm using both of the 'shorter' holes...

Anyone else had issues with getting access to their pinion gear set screw?? Or am I the only one?
I literally couldn't get at the set screw, so I notched the motor mount...

Almost done.
And the wife said I can got to the track on sunday!!!!!
Sweet!!
