Where are you reading Late May, my still says invoiced,waiting on product from manufacturer!
If you go to "your account" then click on "proceed to customer information centre" then click on "your order history" what does it say about your pending order?
For reference mine says:
(Invoice number) 17433661 23-Apr-2014 $.00 Invoiced, Awaiting Product From Manufacturer
If your invoice number is lower then mine your ahead of me, if yours is higher I'm in front, but I did my order yesterday as I stuffed up my first preorder by not completing it properly........

I called just now, they told me they have been pushed back to late May
my order # is 17423018I ordered on 4/16/16 and my money was taken out of my account 4/16/16 also

If you click on back order status, that's where mine said "late May"...and I ordered in March. I canceled the order, I may or may not order elsewhere, I'm not sure. Though I am certain my money won't be going to Tower, I'd rather pay more some place else.
I'm not expecting miracles.

Torrance, Ty, or whomever knows - do you guys run air holes in just the rims? I ask because I was looking at the pictures of Ty's car with the VTR rims/tires and it looks to me that he runs no holes in the tires and 4 large holes in the rims only. Just wondering - thanks!

I ask because there was a "hole" debate on B5 nation as to whether or not tires with closed cell foam needed holes in the tires in addition to the rim because the air flow is poor through closed cell. It definately doesn't look like there's any holes in the cactus classic pictures of his car, but it does look like he may have drilled extra, larger than normal, holes in the rims.

With Tower sending the lot allocation to all the other stores (aren't they the primary distributor in the US), I think they are taking those orders as priority. So if you don't get it from Tower in this first batch, I'm very sure other stores will have them shortly and you can get one from there. But I know many want to use the Tower coupons. Still, it is an option if you really want the car.
