Also, are short or long Kyoshos recommended for the rear?

Thanks!

No one can. They cost twice as much as well. The thing is people know the springs, thats what our local fast guys say. I just find them consistent. They do not fade as easily, handle bumpy conditions like a champ, handle smooth high grip like a champ. No clue probably made of fairy dust and unicorn horns :P

Awesome!

How did you manage to tighten the servo saver?

I'm waiting for:
- skidplates
- shock tower protection
- composite spur (a kyosho should fit..at least I hope so)
- body

I'm not in a hurry to prepare this car as I have other buggies to race with but I can't wait to get this thing on the track. If only Xray sold this specific optional BODY !

so the D8 bulldog body is a direct fit? BentKa went for a Jconcepts Finnisher and it fits almost 100% looking at the pics

let me know for the servo saver, you'll see the barrel rotates in its housing so you'll need to fix it with a set screw/ glue

Everyone in this region prefers the Kyosho spring package. I ran the Kyosho lime green up front and light blue in rear for the first few weeks w/ my xb9'13 (both short, the mediums didn't allow me to get the ride height I wanted in the rear)... and then recently switched to the progressive 3stripe/2stripe setup pretty common when I went with the RB A.D.S. inserts. I think the feel of the two spring combinations is very similar on the track.
