I haven't had that that I've noticed, but you could try to maybe gear up a tooth or two on the pinion so you don't have a ton of bottom end acceleration. I've been running a 13.5 so I'm already geared pretty high. Lol.

I did some work on one of the guys wheeler here and after putting in the gear diffs and on slicks, you could almost pull wheelies from a dead stop. I did t think to check his gearing.

Loosen the slipper a little? That could help

Finally have a ZX6 on the way! Are there any essential spares (aside from arms, towers and tuning parts) I should get? Does the Exotek diff nut from the RB6 fit?

The exotek diff nut should fit.
Arms and towers never hurt to have, mostly front arms. Get some rb6 rear arms (713 or the new 713b ones), 1.4mm rear sway bar, 3mm grub screws (put them in all unused ball stud holes, helps a ton on the durability) 12 I think should cover it. Not a whole lot else unless you want to add the rear alum hubs and Ti camber links or some Ti screws. Maybe at some point the gear diffs. I like them in my car, but some others don't.

Made the car quite a bit stiffer, and a little edgy to be honest. I couldn't drive it as hard as before. That being said, we ran last wknd on a huge outdoor track, dry packed blue groove with low to med grip. I wished I had remembered the stock chassis, but switching it would've been a bit of work too. I can see how this chassis might be better indoors on higher grip surfaces, however i thought the extra 15g would've helped with adding more traction. I just ordered LAW52 and 53, the front and rear carbon composite stiffiners. Im gonna try those with with the stock chassis and see what that does.

Thanks for the response, I run on a low-md traction track so this really helps.

Here's my car from yesterday. Super easy to drive for me. Finally got rid of the snappy feeling on exit for me.

Hey guys. Just starting to run my zx6 . at the track yesterday I did have a problem with the ball stud caps coming undone. Is there a way to get upgraded ones that clip tighter? And where is the best place to get gear diffs. I think that would make it a little less maintenance that the ball difs right? Thank you all for your help. I am running a shorty and the stock a arms as well.
