Nice I will do it for winter indoors then for the balance. My xb4 consumes 1400~1500 mah on a 1/8 size outdoor track for 6 min mains with a 4.5 ~ 140F temps. Still waiting on Tower getting stock for the zx6 .

Can anyone take a few photos of the front tower mount? I always had issues with these on the ZX-5 and want to see if they added a decent amount of material to this area on the ZX-6. Thanks!

Make sure you have the little clear plastic spacer inserted in the outdrive that is facing the front, I forgot to install it and also thought I had a short dogbone, once its installed its fine.
Cant help on your other point as my drivetrain was very smooth and free, I would just double check your build with the manual.

I finally got time to start putting my ZX6 together today. Still waiting on Titanium ball studs and ESC though so progress has stalled.

Picks of Front Tower Mount;

From the back;

And my current state of progress;

Yeah going to try the RB6 arms; partly for the weight saving.

Build has been fairly quick and easy so far, just like the RB6. The longest bit so far was cutting out the carbon battery strap. Also need to mod the battery posts or make some shorter ones as they are too high for the SMC3500 pack.

I figured it out what cause the binding. I put 2 shims on center out drives per manual and that made the driveline tight so I took it out and only put one shims on the front and I did not put anything on the rear and walla butter smooth and the driveline is free.

That battery strap looks awesome. I hope kyosho releases one like that for shorty packs.

By the way, you steering rack is upside down.
