Default LRP QUANTUM SETTINGS

running mod truck with a 9x2 and wondering what people were setting there Q2 to to get the best punch with the right amount of control.

probably would be good to get a stock motor setting also. anybody got any suggestions?

I don't run stock so I can't advise on that.

but for mod (9x2 and 10x2) I run it how it comes out of the packet

punch - 2
brake - 2
dragbrake - 0

my car is never slow

I race buggy and I leave it on punch control mode 5 for mod and stock. It works fine with each of them. I like a punchy powerband with mod so that why I run mode 5, ideally you should run mode 4 to get the most out of the motor and esc because that is the mode with the reactive frequency. Its really not that much of a difference between two consecutive modes. Why don't you just experiment and see what you like?

for the QC2 in all my offroad mod cars i run the offroad setting for punch control number 2, 0 initial brake, and depending on what car 2-4 for drag brake, normally 2 for the 2wd and depending on the track 4 for 4wd.
