Bob is a Loyal viper driver but he ran for me before that and even back in the brushed and nimh days. When he got the offer from Viper I told him no problem and I would continue to support him with batteries if he chose to do so.

Are the Orca ESC based off anything. Like LRP and Nosram are the same. The HW and Orion/Speed Passion stuff.

Does the Orca speedo come with a USB link or program card? Looks like a nice speedo.

No ORCA Is its own company and they do not buy from anyone else or OEM to anyone else.

The USB link is only used for updating the software on the speedo and the program card. It is not needed for anything other than when new software comes out. Neither the USB or the Program card come with them but there is a discount when buying the program card with a speedo. One card will program all orca speedo's.....2S and 1S and the soon to be released 8th scale speedo.

Nope. Its built on its own platform by ORCA.

For those wondering about the throttle and power feel they are really really good with the ORCA. Some speedo's have been known for their off/on switch feel for brakes and throttle. Not the ORCA's.

Josh Cyrul (World famous On road driver) just recently bought 3 ORCA's from my website on a Monday. That Wednesday he went to the Carpet On-road nats where he put the speedo's in his car with some base setups giving to him to try. He proceeded to TQ and Win the Mod TC class, Won the 13.5 TC class and also won 12th Mod. He said how much of a pleasure it was to have a speedo that actually did what it was supposed to do when you pulled the trigger or hit the brakes. He was on the edge of wanting to retire from racing due to struggling the past year or so but after the Nats he has a renewed racing bug and is going to Paved Nats, Reedy Race and also the IIC again this year. This coming from a WC caliber driver that paid for them!

Both throttle and brake frequencies are adjustable and actually do what they are supposed to when you adjust them. It has punch control as well.

The ORCA's have mod and stock boosted software built into them already and you use the program card to select stock or mod profiles and then make adjustments to timing, timing delay, turbo and turbo delay. It also has blinky software built in that is ROAR Legal. No need to download new software to your speedo when going from Mod to stock or to blinky. Just plug the program box in and change what you need in a matter of seconds.

Any further questions feel free to contact me.

Thanks

Yes they will. I am waiting to hear from the factory on what the KV Rating for a 4 pole motor is with the ORCA. I will post back but it will probably be late tonight when I hear back.
