Default Losi 22T problem

So I just got this 1/10th scale Stadium truck in a trade. After getting it all hooked up with my Transmitter I ran into a problem. While I hold it the tires and everything works great. But when placed on the ground it barley moves. I adjusted the slipper clutch to as tight as I could go and then backed it off a little. But the pinion and spur spin just fine but the drive shafts won't move. Any Idea's?

Hold the spur gear and turn one of he tires. The other tire should spin opposite. If it doesn't, the diff is lose or shot. If the diff works, one of the other gears is stripped or missing.

Don't worry about it. Most people are helpful. Some just yell at new people.

Don't worry about it. It's a lot easier to get answers if you know where to ask.
Some people like to pretend to be helpful, but will disappear for a week at a time when you need them most.

Or it might be a drive pin in the drive shaft. Or the pin under the hex
