Who has one and what kit did you use to convert it? What hopups do you guys recommend right off the bat?

I've got one. Use the agama kit. Bolts up perfect. Hop ups aren't needed. I did the new caps and bladders right away for the heck of it.

This now has my attention. I only just heard of Agama like the other day, but knowing there's an E option for this thing makes me want to look into it further.

What is this Agama kit you used, ROSCOE?

Looks like I will have one shortly as well. Got a partial sponsorship with hobby-pro usa. Can't wait till Beta Tires comes out with truggy tires. Do you think the caps and bladders are a good buy or should I try the stock ones first? Anything break that I should keep a couple of in stock? Do you know what the stock caster angle is? Can't wait to get mine bought and set up.

The agama electric conversion part number is agm4002. This kit works with the truck as well as the USA spec buggy chassis. The kit is top notch quality with awesome battery tray (adjustable battery stops to hold battery from sliding) and the motor mount is very similar to the elite rc or losi one.

As far as hop ups. I built mine with a good amount of them from the start but would only suggest the caps and bladders to build a more consistent shock. The diffs are smooth with the stock gears. The stock caps can be machined to work with the convex bladders to save a little cash. The Ackerman plate has broke on some people and others have had no issues. Two fixes for that is the answer rc plate or the losi plate. There is a good amount of info on this unit in the nitro section.

Ordered mine yesterday. I will be taking pictures as I build it and posting them up. Would like to do a unboxing video if I can get a video camera.
