I have a Venom battery that I have had for almost two years. It has held up well no issues. Mine is a 40c, and I also have Orion 90c batteries. Running in blink mode the 90c has more punch for sure. When we were allowed to run timing in the esc I did not notice much of a differenc in punch.

I got a venom 5000 50c that I got In a raffle and was unsure about using it in my buggy with 17.5 but it actually works great. It's the only pack I use in my buggy now.

Right now I am running the 3800mah 60c shorty, 5000mah 60c, 5300mah 70c, and 5800mah 70c. They all work great and I really love the 5300mah 70c. Its a slightly new case design, tons of punch, no fade inside of 10 min. The 3800mah shorty has very slight fade after 8 min. I would recommend the 5300 for stock. The 60c are great, but that 10c can be fealt. The great thing about Venom is the 1 year free replacement warranty, and -30% prorate replacement after that. Venom has great stuff and I think you will be impressed.

Contact Venom. 1 Year free replacement! Send them an email. They will send you directions to redeem your battery warrantee. I did one and I had to take a picture of the battery sitting in a bucket of salt water next to the receipt. Whalla, a new battery showed up 3 days later for no charge. If it has been a year, you get a 30 percent discount.

True that....they have great warrantee ....venom is all I use as well...of course u r gonna hit 1 or 2 ppl saying "naaa venom is crap I have had a couple bad 1s" but that is the same with every brand, I have seen 150$ batts go up in smoke and I have seen 50$ batts last for 2 years....so it's all about how u treat the battery and so on, so if u want to get a venom battery, by all means go for it, follow the instructions and u should be pretty trouble free!!!

I have had good luck with them they work very well but I prefer SMC now, nothing wrong with Venom at all and great customer service. I had an almost year old lipo puff that i was running 2s2s in my e-buggy and they replaced both of my 2s for me no cost.

The good thing about venoms are they have a lifetime warranty so anything goes wrong you get a brand new battery. My experience has been good. I think they are great batteries but that just my opinion.
