I have an old electric traxxas 4-TEC and thought I might do something with it. Is it possible to turn it into a rock crawler and make a roll cage around it and stuff?

Go to www.ultimaterc.com and check out the buggy conversion the guy does there! He did a rally conversion first, but then went with a full on 4wd electric buggy that looks pretty cool.

Yes, Jang is the king of tinkering! He really has a lot of time and research into his projects, and even if you don't go as far as he did, you can still use some of his tricks and pointers to make the 4-Tec more off-road worthy.
