Can you damage a Motor or ESC if you have the wrong ABC wiring?, Or as long as the motor is spinning in the correct direction it doesn't matter?, Because there are motors out there that don't state ABC on the motor.

I can't give you a definite answer, but I've soldered them wrong and nothing bad has happened. Usually "A"B"C" read from left to right when viewing the rear/sensor side of the can.

As Far as I've ever seen with Brushless Sensored motors is that it does matter, however on Non sensored motors its not a big deal, motor rotates the wrong way just swap any two wires. On all motors I've seen even if they are not labeled its ABC from left to right if looking at the back of the motor.

what brand motor is it ?

Thanks for all the help! Its a Lehner Brushless(LMT). It will be easy for me to swap wires around cuz the wire tips on the motor will have bullet connectors. Here is a pic.

Looks like a sensorless motor so you can hook the wires up in any order. If the motor runs in reverse just swap two of the wires around.
