I assume your talking about the R10.1? Just put one in mine paired with the Orion VST2 4000kv 550 can 4pole, just flashed it to the 4pole software. Seem's great but haven't messed with it much just yet, anyway yes alot of people use that ESC or the older 160amp R10 pro or whatever its called, badass little ESC's for sure.

Not sure what ring you are talking about but it has not changed size wise.

They were great especially on bumpy terrain. Its not gimmecky at all, developed by Engineers. The rebound makes the truck smooth n stable over bumps n jumps. Its not much tuning at all, set it n forget it. Probably a good reason why Matt Olsen wins alot in Pro 4.

The stock shock seal is a x-ring. I know some others have tried other o-rings but not I don't remember the details.

Available date has changed to 27 March for updated truck.

I did notice some TLR pics that show Black metal ring and Pinion gears. Shown as item 12 but wrong info is listed.

Spoke to HH rep. Tried to buy the updated parts. Can't confirm they are available. I wonder if there will be new part numbers for the updated parts.

thought I saw a scte 2.0 in our local HS with the updated diff stickers on it. When will the updated parts be able to bought seperatly,we have never had a issue with ring or pinion when shimmed properly, but id buy the new diff cases if they were made with tighter tolerance and not need shims.

I agree looking forward to some sort of a list of new parts, as well as some way to insure we are truly getting new parts. I am a budget racer who likes to have the best parts available and can't afford to buy old parts only to find out they are not the newest ones. Don't know why if they are doing this they cannot simply tell people there will or will not be some sort of identifiers on the new parts being sold individually.

"New Parts" such as the new shock shafts and ring/pinion will be visually different. I believe they will have a TLR... Number as well.
