I will work on that this weekend. I converted my car for running slicks up at Coyote and dialed it in pretty good so I can measure in the droop and ride height.

Yes, I mic'd them to stock manual setup and then measured again after making sure the toe is 0

There is a little more play one way then the other due to the links connecting the left to the right but just use your EPA to get full steering left and right.

My son is so proud of his new red bodied SCTE 2.0. Please excuse the paint runs and bumps in the stickers. He is only 9. He didn't do a bad job. Better than I did on the black body!

The tyres are ProLine Badlands which we run on both cars on the forest track.

Looks good. Don't worry about any imperfections, SCT bodies don't last forever. Mine sure don't.

They look pretty cool to me. Did you say forest track?? We need to see some pictures of that. Or video of these monsters running on it!

To me, a long time Losi guy. There is nothing more intimidating out on the track than this body. And now that it's thicker and will stay around for the full season I can't be happier. I've seen these Losi's bodies painted just one color and no stickers, still look good.

I've attended the 3rd race since I've got my SCTE 2.0 and now the truck is dialed for carpet racing. Managed a 3rd place with it and I'm very happy
Have not broken anything more than the (initial) body or body posts.
I Love this truck!

Default Diff Bearing removal woes

Anybody know of a way to remove the big bearings that are pressed onto the scte diff housings without prying and damaging them? I just better off replacing them with new and pry them off.

Thank You
Jason

Pry gently, all the way around, tiny bit at a time. It will come off without damage. Take your time.

Hotwire software is downloaded as a .exe

http://www.teamtekin.com/hotwire.html

Are you talking about profiles as those are .rx2 files but you need hotwire installed to view these.

hello guys ive got a used 2.0 am going through it and when I opened up the center diff
all looked good but then I realized there was no gasket between the spur and the case.
it was full of fluid and not leaking.
wouldn't the lack of the gasket force the planetarys closer together?
should I put the gasket in or not?
I am planning on starting out with 5-7-5.
thanks for any help.
thanks
mike
