Also on an unrelated note, what is your opinion, if you have one, between the new 2.0 and the MIP setup. I have run a the 2.0 some(friends car), and I currently have the MIP setup with the towers drilled out for the 2.0 shock locations. I also have ALL the TLR garb on it as well. The only difference I have really seen is the MIP batt is a all the way back, where as the 2.0 is up a little in comparison. Just wondering what your thoughts are as far as 2.0 setups on the MIP conversion.. Basically looking at what 5000 would do in the rear diff, and also the new shock package. Currently I have 5-7-3 and the 2 hole shock setup. Truck is awesome, but as I'm sure you know your always looking to make it better..
Well, the reason for this new different setup was to take advantage and adjust for the weight balance change. The battery being back as far as it is in the MIP truck would be a whole other beast in my opinion. The MIP towers also have different camber positions and this also makes a huge difference. The chassis does flex the same, they change out the steering turnbuckles which plays with the bump steering a lot...all sorts of things are different to be honest.

You can learn from trying some of whats on the new setup maybe on your truck but I would not expect to put it on the truck and have it be perfect I guess is what I am saying.

Thanks TLR (Ryan/Casper) for all your hard work.
This is exactly what I wanted to hear. Tony's is where I ran my (new) 2.0 and where I had the steering issues.

I also lacked low speed steering when running at Tony's with the old set up its much better now. The old set up worked really well at Pegasus & west coast I really liked the on power steering. Going to run at Pegasus this Saturday we'll set how this new set up works there.

Hobbywing 3656 4pole 4000kv. Motor is as powerful and as fast as the two listed at a much cheepere price. Runs cool and very reliable. I use a 14 to 15 tooth and a little boost if needed.
