What all is involved with this? I have a 22t and want a 22sct.

Is there a conversion out there? Is it worthwhile to convert or just sell the t and get a sct?

I know people used to convert them with the RCRD chassis before the SCT came out. I can think off the top of my head you would need Shock Towers F/R, A-Arms F/R, Turnbuckles, Bumpers F/R and a chassis. That right there is about $160 and I am certain there is more that I cant think of right now. I would say for $160+ it is worth it to seel what you have and buy a new SCT.

I don't really think its worth the effort. yes you could do it, but it would require a lot of parts. The support kit for the 22sct would put you out a bit, but it comes with arms, spindles, castor blocks, springs, and half a set of turnbuckles. then you'll need the other half of the turnbuckles, a body, body mounts, bumpers, the right hexes, the right driveshafts, front spindles.....ETC.
not the most economical move. I'd et you would have better luck selling the 22t, and buying a 22sct.

I think that would be even worse because you have to buy the shocks.

This coversion has been discussed in the 22T and the 22SCT threads, you should have gone there first before starting this thread - but to answer you quickly:

The 22T & 22SCT share a number of key parts: the same shocks, shock towers, front & rear A arms and driveshafts, but the cost to add the f/r SCT bumpers, tires, front axles, wheels spacers, body, body mounts, nerf bars and the longer chassis puts you into the $200 ballpark - is it worth it? That's up to you.
