Where did you get them from if you dont mind me asking?

I started to glue up some holes in some 22 pistons and started doing a 3 hole 54 piston, its very close to a 1.4mm, just a c hole i mean hair smaller so im hoping with the looser tolerances i can get a similar feel to a 1.4mm 3 hole piston and not have to wait for them to come out.

Just patiently waiting for the factoryone bushings and pistons right now.

Weird tire combo, but I agree, it looks great.

Thanks! Tires are Panther Bobcats in the front, Panther Raptor's in the rear. I have several panthers to try...what's on the car and also Switch's & Rattlers....as weird as it may seem...the bobcat/raptor combo works well!

I did the open foam on front and liked so going to stick with that for now, since it is free basically. PL's in the rear and for sure want the tapered pistons on my next rebuild along with that new Mach 2 from Reedy.

Anyone got a part number for the tapered pistons?

Check AE's website under parts for the B4.2.

One thing I miss about the Kyosho.

Not having a lot of flashing to file off. Other than that, it's a nice kit.

Wildcat1971 02-20-2013 07:13 PM

I only had flashing on the front of the chassis. well I did buy some a-arms once that were sooooooooo bad. they were never free, glad they broke, lol.

So what's the hot setup for indoor high-grip wet-ish clay? Gray springs in the rear w/30wt? 32.5wt up front with which springs? My track runs green/gold barcodes and MC suburbs in the rears with scrubs / tapers up front.

Offset servo,

Quick question: why do the tell you to offset the servo horn by 5-10 degrees.
