Hey guys,

It saddens me to have to write this. But I am hoping somone will see or hear something in the next days to follow. Last night between 8PM and 8am In COsta Mesa CA, someone broke into our shop, and pretty much wiped us out. The perp came through a window, and cut them selves pretty bad. So chances are they are bandaged up pretty good right now. The worst part of all of this is that we had just cxl our insurance last month, because they would not cover us for Aerial work. What a big mistake. To all the other business owners out there, Please learn from my mistake and make sure you install CAMERAS, and have adaquate insurance.

The items stolen are not your average copters, and can easily be made out. They are some of our custom builds. They also got our RED camera with lens's. If anyone sees or hears anything about the following items, Please call us at 888-557-6791, or call the Costa Mesa Police department directly at 714-754-5252 CASE# 13-229

OK, here is the stuff we have found missing so far.

Holy hell. Either it was a group, or the dude had balls to come back after the initial hit, because that's a ton of stuff. Good luck, and talk to your local police as that's probably over 5K in merchandise stolen.

maybe because of the blood they saw? happens quite a bit. when these fools smash windows out, the catch part of their arm or hand on a broken piece of glass.

with any luck, this jerk has committed a prior felony and they have his DNA on file, but unfortunately unless you're dealing with a crime of violence, the lab can take 6 weeks to get results back for a property crime (if the PD will even pay for it). at least that's the way it works around here...

That's terrible man. I'm not joking just you should post this on reddit. Reddit is huge and a lot has been recovered and return to the owners. They even found the owner of a camera that got wash out to sea. All it is a social media site with a huge number of people.

Having cameras doesn't guarantee they will be caught either. Airland Hobbies in San Jacinto got broke into couple months ago and they got the guy staring right into the camera and they still haven't caught the guys. Maybe they will get caught doing something else and it will end up catching up with them. I agree nothing worse than a thief. To bad our laws weren't as strict as middle east were they just cut your hand of if caught stealing. There would be alot less thieves. I would keep an eye out on Craigslist and eBay also.
