I totally agree. Just ordered 2 new radio wraps and my first buggy wrap from them. I forgot one option at check out and they called me 2 days later to verify. Had my order in 8 days.

The wraps, customer service and the turnaround time is great. They also have awesome sales a bunch of times per year. The only thing that sucks is the shipping cost. $10 to ship one buggy wrap seems a little over the top.

Took exactly 10 days for me. I contacted them on the 10th day and it was shipped. Arrived in 2 days and I couldn't be happier with the products. Won't ever order decals from any other place!

Turnaround time is great, Lauren is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Upgrade wraps are second to none. They fit great and are very high quality. I just fitted a bunch of wraps yesterday (charger, ottlite etc.) and installation was super easy.

I can't say enough for Ugrade! Ordered a wrap for my son's radio last week and needed to change something on it. Thought for sure it wouldn't make it for Christmas! They banged it out and it arrived today! I was shocked!

Looks fantastic and customer service and shipping were FAST!

I too got my order in real good time,

Was very happy to have it so quickly given it's the Holiday's and I'm sure they are more than busy there right now.

The 10 dollar shipping does seem a little high if only ordering one item. It seems to me that it's a flat rate they charge. So with a little planning, you can order enough items to make that 10 bucks for shipping a nonissue. Catch a sale and you'll for sure come out ahead, even with the shipping.
