Default spinning wheels

can anyone help? have a problem with my mp 7.5.Icant get the wheels to stop spinning.if i set the buggy down it stalls.I turned down the idle -still spins-.This is my first buggy and im frusterated.clutch?

Maybe shoes, but definately clutch....

Possibly clutch bearings siezed, springs broken, or clutch siezed for some other reason..

Shoes normally will be disengaged unless they are actually broken
