TEKIN T8 motor problem.

Well to start off i have a 1900kv tekin t8 buggy motor and just earlier today i was cleaning up and prepping my buggy for a day at the track tomorrow. Take it out and do some test runs to check everything and then about 10mins later the buggy starts making a ugly chatter, buzzing and wining noise. It would go away about half throttle then come back for a couple seconds before hitting top speed on full throttle. I stopped everything checked the screws to the motor mount, pinion and everything i could think of. Nothing worked, noise was still there. The motor is only 3weeks old and maybe a total of 7hours on it (from track usage not bashing). I decided to do maintenance on the motor to check bearings and make sure everything is fine internally. Bearings are fine and motor was clean inside but i found this. I attached two pictures check them out. I cant explain or see how a dent ended up on the center shaft cup. No damage in the motor or any debris from anything. Any ideads? Im calling tekin up, im guessing its a pre-existing defect or something cause theres absolutely no trace of damage in the motor. Please give me your input, Thanks

Is your RX8 running on the newest software?

Ok I was going to say it could be a bad sensor board on the motor. But your running sensorless

Yea and that dent is an impact mark not a rotating gash. What do you think about it?

Looks odd. Tekin is really really good about their stuff. Send them and email with the pics, and follow up with a call about 20min later

+1 tekin will take care of you. T8 problems are rare, I've owned 6 of them since 3 years and they've all been great so far (racing use only)
