If you want one quicker pre order via Gerhard at The XRAY SHOP Austria. They are just down the road from XRAY's HQ in Slovokia. Need to sign in and create account to see price without the VAT applied.

yeah im already a member. shipping takes 3 weeks anyway so i figured it will be about the same. but way more expensive shipping. plus the kit itself is 498 pounds, thats 627 usd, yeah right. the kit should be $469 usd. ill happily wait and run my 16' until it arrives.

worth a shot trying the austrian xray shop though i admit.

My bad you're right. But still that plus shipping you're paying about $100 more

New car looks good, some small changes that should equal out to a solid upgrade on the old car. The kit seems to smooth out all the things that most people did on the old kit, pistons and hexs.

Were the hard suspension parts ever an option? I only remember the medium parts the car came with and graphite options.

Hard parts are new

Better than medium for high grip, and less fragile than graphite.

im undecided. the upgrade is certainly not really enough to be worth the money alone (i have mostly all of the changes) and i prefer medium plastics on clay and i have graphite plastics/alum upgrades for carpet - so the hard parts are mostly useless to me.

BUT, i kind of want a fresh kit just to have a nice tight build for the indoor season - so i pre-ordered it

My 16 is the exact same as the eos car. All I need is the front tower and I'll really have a 17 car.

what does this mean for the normal springs? is this a running change to an existing part number that willl replace the longer springs or will these be a separate part number and the longer springs offered as well?

i have no problems with ride height on clay - but on carpet i can def see the need for the shorter springs.

As per the release they are new shorter springs for use when running lower ride heights on smooth high grip tracks (15-16mm).

And yes they are an addition to the existing springs.
